"The 4th edition of the workshop "Lombardy Young Numerical Analysts Meeting" (LYNum-IV) will take place in Como, Sant'Abbondio Aula Magna, on May the 10th, 2022.

Previously hosted by other universities of Lombardy, this meeting aims at building connections and sharing knowledge among young researchers working in the field of numerical analysis. 

Program:

• 10.00-10.30 “Asymptotic spectra of large (grid) graphs with a uniform local structure.” Andrea Adriani (Insubria University);
• 10.30-11.00 “A domain decomposition method with inexact local solvers for isogeometric multi-patch geometries.” Monica Montardini (University of Pavia);
• 11.00-11.30 “BDDC preconditioners for divergence free virtual element discretizations of the Stokes equations.” Tommaso Bevilacqua (University of Milano);
• 11.30-12.00 “Tracking hydraulic fractures with a fluid lag in impermeable media.” Francesca Fantoni (University of Brescia);
• 12.00-14.30 Light lunch;
• 14.30-15.00 “Spectral analysis and preconditioners for 2D Riesz distributed-order space-fractional diffusion equations on convex domains.” Rosita Luisa Sormani (Insubria University);
• 15.00-15.30 “POD-DL-ROMs for the real-time approximation of parametrized PDEs.” Stefania Fresca (Polytechnic University of Milan);
• 15.30-16.00 “Pressure robust discretizations of the Stokes equations.” Pietro Zanotti (University of Pavia);
• 16.00 Closing and coffee break.
